Reverse Waterfall Planning (RWP)
At Metalogix we developed a solid, repeatable framework, refined over 2 planning periods that modeled the entire sales, marketing and channel pipeline and provided a framework for 'real-time' measurement.
Key results were improved alignment, and identification of areas of new investment (ABM and partner marketing) to alleviate deal size and channel issues.
Branding & Website Redesign
At WealthEngine we developed an entirely new branding framework that humanized the organization and aligned the brand with a new set of buyers in luxury retail.
Our work involved the use of branding, positioning and messaging workshops involving multiple stakeholders; iterative development of new brand assets (logos etc.) and a 'ground-up' development of a new corporate website, digital assets. collateral and office decor.

At Metalogix, we built the MetaVengers program.  Using the Influitive platform as the foundation, we identified, engaged and incentivized key influencers and customer advocates to better understand our mission and better align their voice with our goals.

Branding & Web Design/Development
When Metalogix launched an entirely new product suite, the decision was made to launch it under a newly created brand - Content.ly. Â
Designed for a new generation of software buyers and very different positioning to the core Metalogix portfolio, we developed a new messaging framework, new 'look-and-feel' and built a new website from scratch.
